Staging

Bedrooms

Color and light are what we first think about in interior design, but the bedroom on the left shows how a variety of fabric textures can add distinct appeal: the fur-like fabric of the toss pillows, the nubby weave of a gently draped throw, the sensual quality of charming tassel yarns, the soft velvetine of the ottaman, and the tapestry weave of the area rug. Together, these textures, when paired with pastel colors contrasted against a rich, medium brown, invite the user to experience a little luxury without a lot of fuss or pretention.

Diningrooms

While staging a home, it's important for me to please the senses. Is it a delight to your eyes?
At the same time, it's also vitally important to provide texture, color, shapes, and, yes, even fragrant smells to evoke positive feelings.

Bathrooms

Staging is a great way to showcase the beauty of your home or accentuate the size of the space itself. It also increases your chances of selling your home faster and at a higher price. Statistics indicate that staged homes sell 88% faster and at a 20% higher sell rate than those that are not staged.

Decks

My primary staging areas include the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. While staging certain homes, however, I might find it necessary to stage an additional space such as a bathroom or outdoor area, adding attractive elements to further complement the overall project.
