Michelle Carr is the Founder and Principal Decorator of Interior Decorating by Michelle, a full-service decorating, staging, charcuterie, and organization firm based in Ash Flat, Arkansas.

Michelle sees God's designs in all of creation and truly enjoys making spaces pleasing to the eye. With a background in business and marketing, she first had the opportunity to utilize her decorating skills as the director of marketing and sales of an assisted living facility. There, she staged apartments and redecorated and updated all of the common areas in the complex. It was deeply gratifying to see the transformed beauty salon, activity room, and other facilities blossom into striking, harmonious spaces in which the residents could truly thrive.

Michelle went on to rehabilitate, decorate, and stage other vacation cabins and townhouses in Arkansas, selling them significantly faster and at higher selling prices than homes that were not redecorated or staged. It is this synergistic fusion of aesthetics and marketing savvy that Michelle now brings to every project.

And stunning room décor isn’t truly complete without great dining and exciting table presentation. Michelle’s colorful charcuterie makes food into a delicious work of art for social events that sparkle with a polished, welcoming atmosphere. Kids love it, too!
